All of our items are marked with a delivery option; “Speedy Ship” “In-Stock” or “Pre-Order” and delivery times will be dependent upon these options.
Speedy Ship – If ordered before 1:00pm, orders will be despatched on the same day (Monday – Friday) and will be delivered within our 48 hour service, but in most cases this will be a Next Day Delivery
This is only applicable to those included within the UK standard delivery area and excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands. Northern Ireland customers may also find a slightly longer shipping time. However, where possible, we will endeavour to dispatch all goods within our delivery pledge and customers will be contacted if we believe that a delay may be possible.
In-Stock – Where an item is marked as 'In-Stock' customers can expect their item within four days of ordering (UK standard delivery). All items are in-stock but will take slightly longer due to them being held at our secondary warehousing.
Pre-Order – Items marked with the 'Pre-Order' option can take 10+ days to reach you as we are expecting stock to be refilled within this item or we able to order your particular size and style in that shoe. Please note this is subject to brand availability and in some cases we may not be able to fulfil your request.
International Deliveries – All deliveries outside of the UK are dependant upon surface shipping times, shipment bulk pooling and carrier standard delivery times.
Order Processing
All of our orders are processed between Monday and Saturday, 9.30am – 5.30pm during which times you will be able to speak to our Customer Service Team about your order should you have any queries.
The majority of our shipments are made by TNT, Federal Express Courier Services or Royal Mail and items may not be left without a signature as we request delivery on a signed for service.
We ask that all delivery address match your billing/card holder address for security reasons; any addresses that don't match may be subject to additional security checks. Whilst we understand that this can be frustrating, please note that we carry out such checks in order to protect both our customers and ourselves from fraud.
Alternative Addresses: If you wish to have your shoes delivered to an alternative address, we can try to get this address verified for you (you can also get another address verified on PayPal). However, delivery to an alternative address does remain at our discretion.
PayPal: When ordering via PayPal, please note that we will only be able to deliver to 'confirmed' PayPal addresses in order to protect both our customers and ourselves from fraudulent activity. If your address is unconfirmed your order will be cancelled and the transaction refunded.
Accepting Full Responsibility For Your Goods: In some cases we will allow you to accept responsibility for your goods once signed for, allowing us to deliver to your chosen address. All you need to do is add a disclosure in your order form which says something along these lines:
“I accept full responsibility for my order (ID: #####) and understand that once signed for at my alternative address, Shoes GB cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.”
Business Addresses: Just as with all of our delivery addresses, we have policies in place when it comes to business addresses. In many places of work, parcels can be intercepted, which is why we will not deliver to any of the following public business addresses:
  • Schools/Colleges/Universities
  • University Halls of Residence
  • Hospitals
  • Hotels
  • Other addresses where parcels can be intercepted by too many people.
Delivery to alternative address will remain at our discretion.
